It is with great honor and deep gratitude that I address you in my capacity as President of the National Federation of Construction and Public Works. Our sector plays an essential role in the national economy, contributing to job creation, innovation and infrastructure development, while ensuring the quality of work and the health and safety of workers. Our Federation is committed to representing the voice of the sector, promoting and defending the interests of its members, and ensuring compliance with regulations, ethics and best practices.
In an ever-changing environment, it’s vital to remain attentive to the needs and expectations of our members. That’s why our federation is committed to encourage dialogue and collaboration with its ecosystem, by promoting the establishment of committees and focus groups, in order to respond actively and effectively to the issues and challenges we face.
Our mission is to develop national businesses of all sizes, and also to promote the development of national champions capable of competing with their national and international counterparts.
We must continue to invest in developing the skills of our human capital, by implementing training programs adapted to new technologies and emerging working methods. In addition, we must encourage research and development, in order to remain at the cutting edge of technological advances, and also promote a culture of social and environmental responsibility within our federation.
Unified, we will persist in constructing a robust and thriving future for Morocco’s building and civil engineering sector. I firmly believe that, through the dedicated endeavors of our team and our shared dedication, we can realize the significant projects our fellow citizens eagerly anticipate.
