The administration of the FNBTP is overseen by a Board of Directors structured as follows:
- The President, elected by the Annual General Assembly
- Directors, elected by the General Assembly
- Presidents of affiliated industry associations within FNBTP
- Presidents of regional offices within FNBTP
- Presidents of standing committees within FNBTP
- Members appointed by the Board of Directors upon the Chairman’s recommendation
